Alistair is a Managing Director in our Restructuring and Insolvency team specialising in distressed trading and property companies.
Specialist expertise
Based in the Glasgow office, Alistair undertakes assignments for both SMEs and lenders, working across a wide range of sectors including property, food production, engineering, retail, logistics, and services.
He has held several positions in industry and in practice, including working for an international bank undertaking distressed lending and credit sanctioning corporate and leveraged transactions.
Alistair’s wide industry experience has also given him exposure to businesses showing signs of distress and experience of working with business owners, directors and private equity firms. As such, for a client whose business is showing signs of distress, Alistair has the expertise to assist in finding a practical and pragmatic solution.
About Alistair
Alistair is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He has over 30 years' experience working in international accounting and consulting firms, the financial services sector and in industry.
Outside of work, Alistair enjoys time with his family, playing golf, cycling and sailing.
