Specialist expertise

Alison is a Manager in the corporate restructuring team and is based at our Southampton office. She has a wide range of experience in dealing with a variety of corporate restructuring matters and works with a mixture of clients who have a turnover between £100,000 and approximately £20 million.

Alison holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and passed her JIEB Corporate Insolvency papers in 2023. She works on matters from initial engagement through to closure and has experience of dealing with complex matters such as working with trading cases and investigations.

About Alison

Alison is friendly and approachable, with the strong ability for gently guiding clients through what can be challenging times. She started her career at a small independent firm of insolvency practitioners in 2010 before moving to a top ten firm and joining Quantuma in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys travelling and plays the clarinet.
