Andrew is a restructuring specialist; his expertise include leading complex cross-border assignments and developing comprehensive plans to restructure businesses facing significant challenges. His sector experience includes hospitality and leisure, manufacturing as well as international and complex situations.

Andrew is a managing director in the restructuring team and an insolvency practitioner who is licensed to take appointments both in the UK and Cyprus. He has led a large number of complex cross-border assignments in a number of jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, British Virgin Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Cyprus, Russia and Luxembourg. He has a wealth of experience in developing robust plans to turn around and restructure businesses facing operational as well as financial challenges.

Andrew has helped businesses in a range of different sectors. He led the rescue of Genus UK T/A Select Fashions, whilst also securing 2,000 jobs, via a company voluntary arrangement. In addition, he led the administration of Orphanides, the largest supermarket chain in Cyprus.

He led the administration of a worldwide market-leading online gambling platform, which had operations in a number of jurisdictions throughout the world. He was appointed administrator of Portsmouth FC, was joint receiver of the British Boxing Board of Control, and recently led a group wide restructuring of Whytes Chemical Group. He has also worked for clients in hospitality and leisure, as well as in manufacturing.

Andrew is a problem-solver with a unique approach, using his extensive network of fellow professionals and business leaders in Cyprus and the UK to find a solution that maximises the position and prospects of his clients. Andrew is the only qualified insolvency practitioner who is licensed to operate in both the UK and Cyprus. In addition to being a chartered accountant, Andrew is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the UK.

Prior to joining Quantuma, Andrew was a restructuring partner for nearly 20 years at a top 20 firm of chartered accountants in London.
