Adrian is a managing director in the corporate finance team, working with small and medium-sized enterprises to help shareholders achieve their goals. He has significant experience in: selling businesses to maximise shareholder value; buying businesses to assist shareholders in their growth and acquisition strategy or as part of a management buy-in; providing debt advice whether it's to facilitate a transaction, business growth, capital spend or enabling shareholders to take money off the table; and financial modelling.
Adrian works closely with both corporate clients as well as private equity houses, and focuses on deals within the lower and mid-markets. He has worked across a wide range of sectors and therefore possesses the depth of experience needed to successfully deal with a variety of situations. He takes pride in delivering excellent client service, getting to grips with the challenges businesses face and working with them to find commercial solutions. He is very much a people person and works collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.
Adrian is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Over the years, he has been building his deal experience with the top accountancy firms and has also worked as financial controller and chief financial officer, enabling him to sit on the clients' side of the table and gain an understanding from the corporate perspective.
Adrian's main passion is cars, particularly fast ones, and he has wasted a small fortune on them over the years.
