Specialist expertise 

Alex specialises in corporate insolvency and restructuring but also has experience of personal insolvency. He deals with all aspects of administrations, whether it be a pre-pack, trading or wind down. He sets out the pre-appointment strategy for an administration or liquidation, liaising with secured creditors, agents, and other stakeholders to enhance asset realisations. He manages the sale process where relevant.

As part of his role, Alex also undertakes complex investigations to identify additional realisations for the benefit of an estate.

Alex’s expertise extends to the winding down of offshore entities, including in Guernsey, Jersey, BVI and Cayman, which involves working closely with financial regulators and other stakeholders.

About Alex

Alex started his insolvency career in 2008 at an accounting firm before moving to a large independent corporate restructuring and insolvency practice in 2016. In 2022, he passed his Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) Personal Insolvency exams.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also a keen football fan.
