Specialist expertise

Calvin specialises in advising owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed businesses and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, professional services and business services sectors in particular. However, Calvin is sector agnostic and applies his broad corporate finance skills and experience to support clients from a diverse range of sectors.

Calvin strives to build strong relationships with his clients and works collaboratively on transactions to ensure the best possible outcomes are delivered for all parties involved.

Prior to joining Quantuma, Calvin worked in the corporate finance team of a leading London based accountancy firm where he advised clients on M&A transactions, carried out financial due diligence, built financial models and assisted clients in raising debt and equity finance.

Calvin is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). 

Outside of work, Calvin is a keen triathlete and he competes in Ironman events across Europe.
