Dress for your diary

We ‘dress for our diary’ which means we take a more relaxed approach to dress code and trust our people to dress appropriately for specific situations, such as client meetings.  

Sharing ideas

Your ideas are very welcome. Individuals and teams regularly share their thoughts via our intranet, employee engagement group, regular employee surveys and, of course, within their own teams. 

Social time

We take work seriously. And we take our social time seriously too. Social activities here are varied and include football teams, book clubs and even a monthly pie society, to name but a few. During lockdown, some of our teams hosted virtual fitness classes and in our Ringwood office, a Teams meeting was once hosted by a goat. But that’s another story…
