Helping our teams to create strong social connections is a key part of what we do.
We encourage social activities across and between our offices and each team has their own social committee where many events are scheduled throughout the year. Every employee is invited to all the events that take place in a local office, so no one is left out.
Bingo to BBQs: some examples of our social events
There is always something going on for everyone. Whether it’s BBQs, bingo, virtual fitness classes or our book clubs, we have something for everyone. Here are a few examples of social activities that happen within each office:
- Bingo nights
- Staff afternoon BBQs (weather permitting!)
- Escape rooms
- Staff lunches
- Friday drinks
- Office quizzes
Annual away day: bringing all our teams together
Everyone also receives an invite to our annual ‘away day’. The away day is a perfect opportunity for us to say thank you to everyone for all the hard work and commitment that is shown throughout the year. This is always great fun and a good opportunity for our people from our all offices to interact with each other.
Sports clubs
As well as being a friendly and welcoming team, we are quite a competitive bunch. We have football and netball teams in our various offices which compete against each other as well as playing against other professional services firms. Everyone’s welcome to join in no matter what level they are or experience they have.
Charity of the year
Each year, we have a ‘charity of the year’ which is voted for by our people. Throughout the year, there will be many events that take place with an open invitation to all that wish to take part. Previous activities include sky dives, car washes and marathons with all money raised going towards our nominated charity of the year.
