Specialist expertise

Mallika is responsible for providing monthly management information to the director of finance, including preparation of management accounts, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, analysis of monthly costs, debtor reporting, cashflow reporting and budget reporting. Mallika works with both the partner group and wider Quantuma community providing financial information to ensure that the business is heading towards its wider vision and to assist with decision-making. Mallika co-ordinates the collection of financial information such as timesheet data to provide productivity and chargeability analysis.

Mallika’s background training was originally in insolvency, which assists in bridging the financial needs of the business with the realities of the day-to-day workings of the business. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University and is a qualified accountant and member of ACCA.

About Mallika

After graduating, Mallika worked at Reading Magistrates Court before starting her career in insolvency on a Graduate scheme with RSM Tenon in Marlow which later became Quantuma LLP. Mallika worked within the insolvency department for five years before transferring to Quantuma’s finance department as Management Accountant.
