Stephen specialises in corporate recovery, restructuring, and liquidations, with particular expertise in private equity receivership and independent directorships. 

He primarily works with entrepreneurs, managers, directors and professional advisers and has experience across a number of sectors, including energy, shipping, construction, property, and manufacturing.

Stephen has worked in the insolvency and corporate recovery sector for over 50 years. During this time, he has held senior positions in the UK, Hong Kong, and the Caribbean. One of Stephen’s highlights includes being a court-appointed receiver of a private equity entity with operations in Asia, Europe and the US.

About Stephen 

Stephen is JIEB qualified and licensed to act as a court-appointed liquidator in the BVI. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, walking, photography and computing programming.
