Michael is a Senior Forensic Accounting Consultant. He has provided written evidence in many hundreds of cases and oral evidence in over forty cases requiring accountancy expertise.

Specialist expertise

Michael speaks fluent French and has acted in a number of cases involving companies or government institutions based in France, Switzerland and Belgium.

He has also acted as an expert determiner in several cases primarily involving litigation arising from purchase and sale contracts and is a Member of the Academy of Experts (MAE).

Michael has written for various publications including “Accountancy”, “Lloyds List”, “The Barrister” and “The Independent on Sunday”. He was also lead author of “Accountancy Litigation Support” and co-author of “Purchase and Sale of a Private Company’s Shares” both published by Tolley.

He has dealt with a variety of litigation cases requiring expert accountancy evidence including insurance disputes, commercial disputes (many cross-border), shareholder disputes, valuations of shares, companies and other business assets, breach of contract and criminal fraud.

Michael lives in North London with his wife and family.  In his spare time Michael enjoys playing tennis, golf and bridge.
