His expertise includes working on corporate cases, predominantly creditors' voluntary liquidations, administrations, compulsory liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and receiverships. He often works alongside the directors of distressed companies to identify the right solutions.

Mark has extensive experience advising on large and complex solvent winding-ups, including corporate rationalisation projects involving multiple group entities. He has worked across multiple sectors, including construction, manufacturing, leisure, and retail.

About Mark

Mark started his insolvency career over 13 years ago working for a small boutique firm before moving on to a mid-tier, now Top 10, accountancy firm. He subsequently spent three years at a leading audit, tax and consulting firm and one year at an independent business recovery firm before joining Quantuma in 2023. 

Mark holds both the Joint Insolvency Examinations Board and the Certificate in Proficiency in Insolvency qualifications and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. 

Outside of work, Mark is a keen sportsman, playing field hockey and spending time at the gym and on the tennis courts. He has recently taken up golf. Mark has a young family and a dog which keeps him busy at home.
