Manraj Mand is a Senior Manager based in the restructuring team at our Leeds office. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of restructuring and insolvency situations, managing relationships with accountants, solicitors and other professional advisors throughout the UK along with a portfolio of insolvency cases.

Specialist expertise

Manraj provides advice to owner-manager SMEs and has significant experience in the care industry, retail, and property sectors. He also advises clients who are in personal financial difficulty, in particular those who have been served with a bankruptcy petition and require urgent assistance.

His experience includes the liquidation of a care home, ensuring there was a smooth transition with residences being transferred to other care homes beforehand. He acted on behalf of a couple who were served with bankruptcy petitions; by proposing and approving their IVA the clients were able to safeguard some of their assets, whilst creditors received a greater return than they would have in bankruptcy.

Manraj began working in corporate insolvency in 2012 and qualified as an Insolvency Practioner in 2018. He provides honest and pragmatic advice, taking care to put clients at ease in otherwise stressful scenarios.

About Manraj

Away from the office Manraj enjoys spending ‘fatherly’ time with his son and daughter. He is a keen follower of Arsenal and Milwaukee Bucks.
