Lee is a restructuring and insolvency director in the firm’s Nottingham office and specialises in advising directors and individuals facing challenging personal financial situations.

Specialist expertise

Lee has over 25 years’ experience advising directors, shareholders and stakeholders of predominantly small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) regarding their restructuring options. Having worked across many sectors, including real estate, construction, retail, professional services and hospitality, Lee draws upon his accounting background to develop and deliver restructuring strategies for his clients.

Most recently, Lee worked with an SME in the haulage sector, supporting and advising on reorganisations.
 
In challenging circumstances, he remains positive and professional, and clients compliment the way he manages situations sensitively.

About Lee

Lee is a qualified accountant (ACCA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales. 

Lee began his career in the Insolvency Service before working for a number of mid-tier accounting practices and insolvency boutiques.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys being with his family and playing golf, however, by his own admission and despite many years of practice, Lee’s game remains a ‘work in progress’.
