Duncan Moore is a manager in our Corporate Finance team, based in the London office. He specialises in transaction services with a particular focus on providing due diligence services to clients across a range of sectors.
Specialist expertise
Duncan typically advises private equity firms on the acquisition of SMEs and also works with owner-managed businesses providing vendor due diligence and supporting them through the deal process. He takes great pride in his ability to quickly identify the core commercial issues and critical risks involved in a transaction.
Duncan has worked across a variety of sectors including manufacturing and tech.
Lately, he has been involved in a number of cross-border transactions and recently worked with an international private equity firm on their acquisition of a UK based carve-out.
About Duncan
Duncan is an associate chartered accountant (ACA), having qualified in a mid-tier accountancy firm prior to joining Quantuma.
During his time there, he primarily audited SMEs, however in his final year, he moved into the corporate finance team to work on valuations, lead advisory assignments and due diligence.
Outside of work, Duncan can often be found on his bike in Richmond Park. When not cycling, he enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
