David is an insolvency specialist; his expertise include providing high-quality innovative and effective insolvency as well as recovery solutions to small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His sector experience includes hospitality and leisure, property development and retail.
Specialist expertise
David is a managing director and licensed insolvency practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in the business advisory sector. He covers all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency and having had first-hand experience of setting up and running his own business, understands the challenges businesses face and how those challenges can be turned into opportunities. He was also seconded to Clydesdale Bank Plc Asset Restructuring Project.
David works with high-profile individuals and SMEs in leisure and hospitality, property development, retail, agriculture, marine and engineering sectors.
About David
David is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Credit Management and Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Away from the office, David likes to make the most of life experiences, which include trekking to see Mountain Gorillas in Uganda, tornado chasing and travelling around India. David has also had the opportunity to experience wing walking with the Aerosuperbatics Team! In the quieter moments, David enjoys spending time with his family and watching his local football team. He also sits on the executive board and council of the local community association in Ringwood.
