Darra has experience in transaction services, having previously worked on several financial due diligence engagements, in addition to her expertise in mergers and acquisitions. 

Darra typically works with lower to mid-market corporate clients and private equity houses focusing on this market. 

She takes great satisfaction in ensuring transactions run smoothly, and the best outcome is achieved for all parties. She prides herself on the ability to work closely with clients to solve complex issues that may arise during the transaction process. 

About Darra

Prior to joining Quantuma, Darra had a brief spell working in audit at a mid-tier accountancy firm. Upon joining Quantuma in 2018, she initially worked in the restructuring & insolvency team before transferring to the Corporate Finance team in 2022 to broaden her commercial knowledge. Darra is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. 

Outside of work, Darra likes to stay active through strength training and pilates. She particularly enjoys learning new sports and is currently taking golf lessons.
