Craig is a Managing Director in our Edinburgh-based Restructuring and Insolvency team specialising in restructuring, insolvency and advisory.
Specialist expertise
Craig's specialist expertise includes administrations, corporate simplification, company voluntary arrangements, corporate insolvency, liquidations and receiverships. He also provides financial advisory services, including undertaking independent business reviews on behalf of a range of lenders.
Craig undertakes assignments within the property, retail, manufacturing, construction and technology sectors and has experience of distressed real estate.
He advises corporate clients of all sizes, acting for secured lenders, asset-based lenders, directors and other stakeholders. His recent administrations include a multi-site grain business, a cinema and one of the UK’s largest shopping centres.
Craig joins us from a national restructuring practice where he held a senior role for nine years.
About Craig
Craig qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999, is JIEB qualified and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
Outside of work, Craig enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, spending time with his daughters and playing golf and tennis. He is the treasurer of his local tennis club.
