Colin has over 40 years of experience in personal insolvency, including complex bankruptcy cases, applications for bankruptcy annulment, and the preparation and management of Individual Voluntary Arrangements. In addition, his experience extends to both insolvent and solvent company liquidations. 

Colin mainly assists individuals who have either domestic or business debt that is no longer manageable. These include company directors with outstanding personal guarantees given for corporate debt and individuals with significant indebtedness to HMRC.

Colin understands the financial and organisational challenges experienced by his clients and has the skills to bring together a team of experts who can work together to ensure the best possible outcome.

About Colin 

Colin began his career in insolvency, working for the Insolvency Service for five years. Since then, he has progressed to senior roles within a number of insolvency and professional services firms, including the Big Four. 

Outside of work, Colin is a self-confessed music ‘nut’, usually attending around 40 live gigs per year across many music genres.
