In the fourth of a series of accredited CPD courses running throughout 2022, delivered in conjunction with leading training provider Tolley, we provide an update for advisers on tax reliefs for entrepreneurs, tax-efficient options for exiting a business, and the best way for your clients to extract value.

The three-hour course will broadly cover:

  • Tax reliefs for initial investment
  • Tax efficient remuneration
  • Exit routes – gift relief, business assets disposal relief, investors’ relief, company purchase of own shares
  • IHT planning

Aimed at Accountants, the webinar is part of the K3 Hub training and events programme. In 2020, we merged with K3 Capital Group Plc and, since then, we have launched the K3 Hub – a member network for professional advisers developed by us and other parts of the K3 Capital Group.

All our courses are free to attend and delegates qualify for three hours of structured CPD.
