Scott heads up our Midlands corporate finance and national debt advisory practices, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles. He is a corporate finance expert with a robust background in debt fundraising and a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance transactions.

Over the past decade, Scott has completed numerous high-profile deals across various sectors, including leisure, technology, manufacturing, industrials, and business services. He works with clients to assess their debt capacity, structure growth capital, and to raise equity where appropriate, ensuring tailored financial solutions.
Scott's recent transactions include raising growth funding for Heidi and the sale of Attraction World to an international consortium. Over the last ten years, he has completed over 50 leveraged debt transactions ranging from £1m to £100m, with several deals receiving prestigious awards.

About Scott

Prior to joining Quantuma, Scott served as a Director at a Corporate Finance adviser, where he headed up their Debt Advisory practice and completed significant transactions .
His notable achievements include winning the Deal of the Year award twice at the Midlands Insider Dealmakers Awards and being nominated for Young Dealmaker of the Year at both the Dealmakers Awards and the Young Professional Awards.

Outside of work, Scott is a passionate rugby player. His love for travel has taken him to over 30 countries, with recent adventures in Georgia, Serbia, and Albania. Scott also enjoys attending shows and concerts. An avid listener of audiobooks, he is always keen to understand different perspectives and cultures, which enriches his professional insights and advice.
