Lisa is based in the Ringwood office and is currently managing a team of both Administrators and Assistant Administrators as part of the Liquidation Support Team, primarily focusing on Members’ Voluntary Liquidations.
Specialist expertise
With eleven years of experience, Lisa’s career in insolvency has rapidly accelerated from assisting with insolvency case work, to now being responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's MVL Centre of Excellence, which is currently working on over 300 active MVLs with a focus on achieving tax savings and an efficient and accelerated return to shareholders.
Lisa led the MVL of two interconnected family-owned property development companies, resulting in a tax saving for the members of circa £4million.
About Lisa
Lisa has worked in Insolvency since 2012, after finishing her A-Levels. Initially, her role comprised a mix of Insolvency case work, PA to partner and marketing for the Ringwood practice. Following the formation of the MVL Centre of Excellence in Ringwood Office, Lisa was promoted to Manager in June 2023.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, in particular her niece and two nephews who keep her on her toes! She also supports Southampton FC home & away, and has been a season ticket holder for the last 10 years.
