Specialist expertise
Glenn is a recruitment manager in the people and development team at the firm. He is responsible for driving recruitment across the organisation and his role is focused on achieving success for Quantuma through intelligent hiring. He works closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure that their initial experience with the firm is a positive one.
Supporting recruitment across the whole business, Glenn leverages his interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure he fully understands the various briefs to ensure that the firm hires the right people for the role. Using his 8 years’ worth of experience, Glenn is solutions-orientated and analytical, yet methodical in his approach. He is highly proficient within both technical and niche requirements, able to work in a variety of sectors including IT and telecommunications.
About Glenn
Before joining Quantuma, Glenn worked at a telecommunications company where he provided invaluable support during a period of higher-volume recruitment. He was responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management which involved working with the hiring manager to create a go-to-market campaign and ended with offers and on-boarding. Prior to this, Glenn worked at an IT and telecommunications full-service recruitment provider where he was responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of the customers he looked after.
Outside of work, Glenn enjoys taking part in sports. He regularly plays 5-aside football and is an ardent supporter of Arsenal. He also enjoys running and takes part in the Maidenhead Park Run regularly. When not keeping fit, Glenn enjoys reading and watching Sci-Fi & Marvel films.
