Elias is a managing director and licensed insolvency practitioner in the restructuring team based in Brighton. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the insolvency industry and specialises in advising owner managed businesses in financial distress. With his pragmatic approach, Elias is able to deliver creative solutions to complex and often challenging situations.

Elias’ priority is focused on business rescue which often results in the preservation of businesses and their staff. He has worked on a number of high profile cases within the pharmaceutical industry. He predominately deals with corporate entities but also advises individuals on personal insolvency matters.

Elias’ clients benefit from his vast experience in dealing with shareholder disputes that have necessitated an insolvency process. He has also dealt with a diverse range of cases including the appointment as Liquidator of a chain of bakeries, Administrator of a Spanish stone importer, Liquidator of a dating app provider and Administrator of a flight case manufacturer. 

About Elias

Prior to joining Quantuma, Elias held roles at a mid-tier London firm before becoming Partner at another North London practice. He has also spent  a number of years at a top 20 firm based on the South Coast. In his spare time Elias enjoys spending time in Cyprus with his young family and plays 5-a-side football.
