The Joint Administrators wish to warn bondholders to exercise extreme caution if they are approached by representatives from Insolvency Solutions Ltd or other third parties claiming to be Administrators or Liquidators offering assistance in the recovery of their investments in the form of personal settlements.
All assets of the company and all matters relating to distributions will be completed and carried out by the Joint Administrators only - no third parties have been instructed to assist the Joint Administrators in distributing payments.
We have informed the Insolvency Service of this matter.
We urge bondholders to treat all correspondence in this regard with extreme caution and if you believe that a fraud has been committed or is being attempted, please report this to Action Fraud at https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ or by telephone on 0300 123 2040.
It has been brought to the attention of Simon Campbell and Andrew Watling, Joint Administrators of Nalu Homes SPV 101 Limited, that some bondholders of Nalu Homes Limited may have been approached by Insolvency Solutions Ltd purporting to be/represent us as Administrators of the company, and this company appears to be deliberately confusing the issues relating to the company in Administration and Nalu Homes, which is its parent company.
