Liz has a wealth of experience over two decades in directing and managing personal bankruptcies liquidations and administrations in guiding individuals, companies and other stakeholders through the complexities of formal insolvency engagements.

Liz's recent assignments have included: managing the head office trading function in the receivership of an independent forecourt operator operating across Scotland and the north of England; administering the liquidation of one of the UK’s leading professional self-tan and spray tan brands; and managing the ongoing operation functions and property sales strategy in the bankruptcy of a landlord owning over 200 properties in Scotland. Her experience also includes managing the administration of a vehicle leasing company with a fleet of 400 vehicles on lease or hire purchase across 25 finance companies and serviced a customer base across the central belt of Scotland. 

Liz started her insolvency career when she assisted the Insolvency Practitioner (IP) with the wind down of a company she worked for which went into Receivership.  So impressed was the IP with her assistance that she went on to work for the insolvency firm and stayed for over 25 years!

Outside of work, Liz likes to spend time with her family and watch her son play early morning football.  She also enjoys travelling and eating her husband’s delicious home cooked food.
