Louise acts as the trusted adviser to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and has significant experience of working with management boards, shareholders and trustees, supporting them with performance improvement strategies, analysis of business options and advising on a range of turnaround and restructuring strategies.

Louise is a financial advisory manging director in the firm’s Bristol office with over 20 years’ experience of working with a wide range of clients including multi-national corporates, private equity, midmarket owner managed businesses and charities. 

Louise’s clients benefit from her extensive experience of advising stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations (principally corporates, lenders and directors) in assessing their options and then implementing the optimal solution.

Louise has advised businesses in a very wide range of industry sectors including Retail, Manufacturing and Engineering, Leisure, Domiciliary and Residential Care, Agricultural, Commercial/Residential Property Management, Transportation, Support Services, Commercial/Agricultural Vehicle Dealerships, Financial Services, Distribution, Not for profit, Education, Aviation and Construction. 
 


About Louise

Louise joined Quantuma in January 2020, have spent her entire career working in financial advisory & restructuring roles in BIG 4 firms. She has held the role of both R3’s South West and Wales Women’s Group Chair and also Chair of the South West & Wales Regional Group. Louise has recently been appointed as a national council member for R3, the trade association for the entire community of the UK's insolvency and restructuring professionals.

In her spare time, when she can escape from the family and also her two naughty Jack Russel terriers, Louise is a keen horse rider.
