Richard is an insolvency specialist; his expertise include corporate recovery, liquidation, administrations and bankruptcy.

Richard is a senior manager and licensed insolvency practitioner covering London and Birmingham. He has 12 years of experience advising directors, secured lenders and other key stakeholders across a variety of distressed situations. He has worked on a wide range of corporate insolvency assignments of both a transactional and complex nature.

Richard’s recent work portfolio is very broad. He has received a number of formal appointments concerning a property group with UK properties and international group companies, handled the trading and lease assignment of a London nightclub, pre-packed a sale of a restaurant chain, managed the liquidation of a wine investment scheme, as well as oversaw the solvent restructure of a group of unlimited liability companies.

About Richard

Richard is a licensed insolvency practitioner and is a member of both the Insolvency Practitioners Association and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He obtained an honours degree in Economics from the University of Bristol, graduating in 2003. After university he worked in industry for two years, before joining a small boutique insolvency firm. He then moved to top 10 accountancy firm before joining Quantuma in 2014.

Richard lives in the Midlands and divides his time between the London and Birmingham offices. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his young family and following the fortunes of Leicester City FC.
