Specialist expertise

Harry's expertise include corporate recovery and advisory services, assisting with implementing business recovery solutions, and the analysis of business options and restructuring strategies.

Harry has worked in corporate restructuring since 2012, helping to achieve positive results for stakeholders across a variety of restructuring solutions and formal procedures within different sectors. He has experience working with a range of stakeholders and clients of all sizes, from small firms to large SMEs.

Recent cases include the wind-down and sale of a large printing business and the pre-packaged sale of the assets of an online bathroom retailer. Harry has assisted in several trading administrations, including a multi-site restaurant business – securing the employment of the majority of staff, and a postal equipment leasing business which resulted in the sale of the business.

As well as these, Harry has also completed cash-flow management work with distressed businesses, reporting to and managing key stakeholders and lenders, such as major clearing banks and asset-based lenders, and provided pension covenant advisory services for a large food manufacturer.

About Harry

Harry started his career as a graduate in KPMG Restructuring in 2012, subsequently taking further roles working in mid-market and boutique firms, advising a variety of different types of clients in several sectors.

In his spare time, Harry enjoys spending time with his daughter, going to the gym and watching a variety of sports, including going to watch Sale Sharks and Manchester United where possible. He has been a member of his local cricket club for 20 years and currently plays for their darts team. Having spent a year at university in Madrid, Harry also speaks Spanish.
