Tracey specialises in supporting stressed and distressed companies facing financial challenges or significant change. 

Tracey has extensive expertise within business restructuring together with formal insolvency experience, including administrations, company voluntary arrangements (CVAs), and liquidations. Tracey's sector expertise includes retail, hospitality, automotive, and professional financial services. 

She works with distressed mid-market companies and their stakeholders, including banks, asset-based lenders, and private equity houses, to deliver the best outcomes. Tracey regularly works alongside boards and management teams facing a financial challenge or a significant transformational change.

Some of Tracey's highlights include a CVA for a fitness company, contingency planning for a large energy company, strategic plan for a loss-making subsidiary (as interim) and assisting a retailer in closure (as interim).

About Tracey

Tracey is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and a licensed insolvency practitioner (JIEB). She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Tracey has 30 years of experience in business restructuring. Prior to joining Quantuma, she ran her own boutique advisory practice based in Manchester, providing support for clients as an interim. Her experience also includes Partner and senior roles within global accounting firms, including Big Four.

Outside of work, Tracey spends her time either at the gym, walking or doing yoga.
