Tom specialises in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions to help shareholders achieve maximum shareholder value. 

Tom typically advises corporate clients on lower to mid-market deals across diverse sectors. He is sector agnostic, having worked on the sale of businesses from the care sector through to manufacturing. This has enabled him to develop a broad understanding of the various markets.

Tom works collaboratively with clients to provide advice that promotes a smooth transaction, enabling the best outcome for all parties. He takes pride in developing client relationships and providing excellent customer service while seeking commercial solutions to their challenges.

About Tom 

Tom joined Quantuma’s Insolvency team in Southampton in 2019, before moving into the Corporate Finance team in 2021. In 2023, Tom was promoted to Assistant Manager. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). 

Outside of work, Tom is a keen sportsman, playing football and now enjoying the slightly slower-paced sport of golf.
