He also has experience in advising individuals regarding personal debt advice. He is a professional, reliable and approachable individual who is experienced in advising directors and a range of stakeholders.

Terry started his career with Official Receiver’s office some 20 years ago and has since spent time working with a range of mid-tier and boutique firms. Over that time, he has built a vast amount of experience in dealing with cases that require investigation with a view to undertaking recovery actions.

Examples of Terry’s work include dealing with an investigation of a company in compulsory liquidation resulting in a recovery of funds to enable a significant return to creditors. He has also worked on several high-profile personal insolvency appointments, including celebrities and professional footballers where professionalism and discretion are vital. In addition, he assisted with the appointment over a prominent London cemetery and a sale of the business to a third party, resolving disputes within the local community.
