Her particular areas of expertise include sequestrations, trust deeds, compulsory liquidations, creditor's voluntary liquidations and administrations.
About Susan
Susan started her career in Scotland managing an extensive portfolio of personal insolvency assignments which often involved complex and contentious matters. After seven years, she relocated to England to expand her knowledge and experience in the field by assisting with English corporate and personal insolvency matters including administrations, voluntary liquidations, bankruptcies, and individual voluntary arrangements, before moving back to Scotland to join a national restructuring practice.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys reading, attending her local book club, travelling, and cooking.
