Sultan is a Manager in our Investigations team. He works with Quantuma Middle East based in our Dubai office. Sultan is a corporate intelligence specialist and has experience researching corporate entities throughout the Middle East. He also has experience in data analysis, asset tracing, open-source intelligence and financial analysis. Sultan has worked in various sectors, including banking, financial services, regulated entities, real estate, government and healthcare.

- Assisted in asset tracing in connection with a significant family dispute in the region. The scope of work included fact-finding, asset tracing, examination and evaluation of all assets included in the allegations raised by the heirs.
- Conducted due diligence reviews and detailed corporate analyses for over 1,000 companies in the MENA region. This research was used by legal and consultancy firms globally.
- Instructed by a multi-national corporation to complete research and analysis of healthcare sector changes in the Middle East during the pandemic. Completed detailed analysis of biopharma companies, innovation, healthcare access and foreign aid in Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
- Investigated market fraud by reviewing an extensive volume of emails and documents, leveraging forensic technology databases to uncover critical evidence and insights.
- Utilized open-source intelligence (OSINT) to scrutinize potential associations and connections between a specific subject and individuals who had been subjected to sanctions and money laundering.

About Sultan
Sultan has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American University of Beirut. Prior to working at Quantuma, Sultan worked as a research analyst for a consulting services company researching healthcare sector changes, biopharma companies, healthcare market access, health industrial and innovation policy, medicine and equipment purchases and foreign medical assistance. Sultan then moved to work as a semi-senior research analyst in a corporate intelligence unit for a financial services company based in Kuwait.
