Seema is a data privacy and compliance senior manager based in the Thames Valley office and is responsible for ensuring that the firm's commitment to data privacy and protection is reflected in everyday practices. This includes maintaining a high standard of compliance with data privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Data Protection Act 2018 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

Seema has five years of experience in managing data privacy projects for small to medium-sized enterprises and large corporations in the public, private and third sectors. She has successfully delivered data privacy compliance projects for processors and controllers in diverse industries including technology, health and education. Seema's varied experience is her strongest asset as it has allowed her to develop applied knowledge of how regulations such as the GDPR apply in different contexts. She regularly advises managing directors and the wider firm on data privacy matters.

Seema was awarded a Distinction for her MBA at Warwick Business School. Outside of work, Seema is learning to play the violin and enjoys snorkelling.
