Sam's recent highlights include:

• Working through the options with the board of a large chain of casual dining restaurants which culminated in an accelerated sales process executed via a pre-packaged administration.
• Advising the board of a manufacturing business on its options and leading the subsequent trading administration.
• The CVA of a digital broadcaster behind two shopping channels.
• Contingency planning for a well-known retailer.
• Advising the lender to an oil and gas company on its exit options.

About Sam

Prior to joining Quantuma, Sam spent 20 years in restructuring teams at Big Four firms in Belfast, Dublin, and London and four years at an independent advisory firm (a spin-out from a Big Four firm in London).

Sam juggles work and motherhood, enjoys time with family and friends, and can often be found standing on the sidelines of either a rugby or football pitch.
