Specialist expertise

Paul delivers commercial and legal strategies to address the causes and consequences of financial distress. His core capabilities include pre-insolvency options analysis, contingency planning, cash flow management, accelerated business sales and the implementation of formal insolvency processes in the UK, whether as Receiver, Administrator, Liquidator, Trustee in Bankruptcy or the Supervisor of Voluntary Arrangements. 

In addition to leading non-contentious insolvency assignments, Paul undertakes complex projects which may involve fraud and asset tracing in the UK and foreign jurisdictions.  

Paul has almost 25 years’ experience across multiple sectors, including real estate, hospitality, leisure, light manufacturing, aviation, retail, chemical manufacturing, petrochemical distribution, construction related industries, motor retail, fintech, digital and technology platforms, waste management, food manufacturing and financial services.

About Paul

As a Chartered Accountant, Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England, which licenses him as an Insolvency Practitioner. He is also a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. 

Paul joined Quantuma in Feb 2016 and became a partner in October 2018. He and his family share a love of travel, skiing, food and adventure. Paul is also a keen pianist, noted for his enthusiasm rather than his ability.
