Neil is a Manager in the Restructuring and Insolvency team in Singapore. He is a specialist in corporate and cross-border insolvency and restructuring and during his career has worked across a number of industries including the pharmaceutical sector, retail, construction and property.
Neil joined Quantuma in 2018 as a Senior Administrator in the UK. Initially working in the personal insolvency team, he assisted on a broad range of bankruptcy and voluntary arrangement cases involving cross-border assets, and investigated corporate holdings, fraud and hidden assets. He also assisted with complex advisory matters.

Recent assignment highlights
- Assisting the Independent Assessor with the adjudication of the claims of the creditors of a crypto currency trading platform with 150,000 customers.
- Working with a client to prepare a report on their financial forecasts to assist with the client’s application for the resumption of share trading on the Singapore stock exchange.
- Assisting the Trustee of a bankruptcy of a Debtor who operated a property investment business that was accused of fraudulently obtaining funds from investors to ascertain the value of their property holding, and investigate the flow of investors funds.
- Managing a team dealing with a complex Individual Voluntary Arrangement that involved the sale of shares to a list entity for in excess of £14m.
