Mia is an ERA Manager within our Quality & Risk team and is based in Birmingham.
Specialist expertise
Mia specialises in employee-related matters and has over five years’ experience providing assistance to employees requiring support as a result of a formal insolvency process.
Her expertise includes employee claims, redundancy, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE), redundancy payments service (RPS) claims, and pension claims. She also has experience of employment tribunals.
Mia started her ERA career at the Big 4 before transferring over to the firm’s restructuring spin-off company three years ago.
About Mia
Outside of work, Mia enjoys the sun, socialising with friends and reading - particularly psychological thrillers. She also enjoys walking her two dogs in the countryside.
