Linda is a director based in our Manchester office and is an experienced forensic accountant.

Specialist Expertise

Linda has specialised in forensic accounting since 2010, advising clients on solving complex accounting matters with practical solutions.

She works with clients and their legal advisers seeking clarity on the accounting aspect of various disputes. These include shareholder disputes, business interruption claims, valuations, consequential loss claims and other loss of profits calculations. She has a particular interest in M&A-related disputes. She works with clients throughout the transaction cycle, advising pre-deal on the accounting clauses and pricing mechanism in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), and, post-deal, helping to resolve completion accounts disputes, earn-out accounts disputes and breach of warranty matters.

She has also led investigations into fraud and other financial irregularities, including working with regulators and prosecuting authorities to help bring clarity to complex sequences of events and transactions.

Linda acts as an expert witness, expert determination and in an advisory capacity as required.

About Linda

Linda qualified as an accountant in 2009 in the audit practice of a mid-tier accounting firm before being seconded to the forensic accounting department in 2010.

In 2012, she relocated from Wales to Manchester and a year later joined a Big Four forensic practice, where she stayed for nine years before joining a mid-tier firm in 2022. Linda joined Quantuma in 2024.
