Drawing on extensive cross-border experience, including asset recovery, discovery, and enforcement actions in the US, the Caribbean, Asia Pacific, and the UK, Kyer develops strategies that preserve value and maximise returns for creditors. His expertise extends to interim (pre-insolvency) modelling and forecasting, litigation support, and investigations into fraud and misappropriation.
Kyer's clients range from large corporate groups to small and medium-sized enterprises across sectors such as (re)insurance, banking, retail, property, construction, telecoms, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, and cryptocurrency. Past assignments include representing the provisional liquidators of a reinsurance group with over $800 million in assets, as well as conducting independent business reviews for high-profile clients - such as a Premier League football club and a large retail mall group spanning Singapore and India.
About Kyer
Prior to joining Quantuma, Kyer worked in a Big Four firm in Bermuda, where he led cross-border restructuring projects for insurance, trust, and investment clients. Before that, he served at a specialist restructuring and insolvency firm in London, focusing on administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, and receiverships.
Outside of work, Kyer is passionate about community service, mentorship and social welfare initiatives. He also enjoys exploring new cultures, having lived in the UK, Bermuda and Singapore.
