Specialist expertise

Jonathan is a forensic accounting specialist with over 14 years of experience based in our North West team. He provides both expert evidence and advice in a wide range of disputes, acting for both claimants and defendants, in single joint expert roles and expert determinations.

His main areas of work include; company valuations, wrongful trading and preference claims against directors, business interruption and loss of earnings claims, benefits and pension claims.

Jonathan is able to simplify complex situations and has a keen eye for detail, enabling him to analyse large quantities of data accurately and efficiently. He holds an Advanced ECDL spreadsheet qualification and recently completed the ACCA certificate in business valuations. He also provides business valuation training to both external and internal audiences.

About Jonathan

Jonathan began his career at a top 10 firm in 2006. He passed his final ICAEW exams by the age of 21, making him one of the youngest students in the history of the Institute to complete all examinations.

In his spare time, Jonathan is a big sports fan - particularly football and boxing. He used to attend every Oldham Athletic home fixture. However, his main form of entertainment now comes from his lively and comical toddler.
