Joanne has over 35 years’ restructuring and insolvency experience, 25 years of which has been spent specialising in personal insolvency and handling complex investigative bankruptcy matters.
Her work involves identifying and recovering assets located both within the UK and internationally as part of contentious appointments, where she works diligently to maximise returns.
Joanne also has extensive knowledge in advising debtors and creditors and finding effective solutions that benefit all stakeholders. Her client portfolio comprises professionals and professional practices for whom voluntary arrangements have been successfully negotiated.
About Joanne
Joanne is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
She started her career at a regional accountancy firm, working her way up from Administrator to Manager, before moving on to a large insolvency specialist as a Personal Insolvency Partner.
After 18 years, Joanne joined a global financial and risk advisory firm as Managing Director, before forming KR8 Advisory in 2025 with seven fellow Managing Directors.
Outside of work, Joanne enjoys travel and living vicariously through the adventures of her 2 grown daughters!
