Elliot has over 15 years' experience working mainly on corporate insolvency cases, ranging from administrations to liquidations, with some involvement in fixed-charge receiverships.
He is involved in cases from the earliest possible stage, dealing with strategy and statutory matters as cases progress, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines. He ensures assets are realised quickly and efficiently and investigates matters where there are potential further recoveries for an estate.
Some of Elliot's recent highlights have involved a portfolio of 19 companies to unwind a loan book and carry out investigations; the winding down of the affairs of four credit unions; and the liquidation of several restaurants.
He works across multiple sectors, including business services, hospitality and leisure, and financial services.
About Elliot
Elliot started his insolvency career doing a placement year at a medium-sized firm, which he returned to once he completed his University degree. He then moved to a small corporate insolvency specialist which was subsequently acquired by a Plc. Elliot joined Quantuma in 2021.
Outside of work, Elliot loves spending time with his family and supporting Arsenal.
