Specialist expertise

David is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in leading and advising on corporate finance transactions, with particular expertise in public markets and listed companies, especially AIM.  He has led transactions as both a corporate finance adviser and as a member of a management team. This includes more than 15 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and numerous fund-raising activities, involving both debt and equity.

David has sector experience in real estate, financial services, IT & software, education and natural resources.

About David

Prior to joining Quantuma, David held senior positions in investment banking and was the CEO of an AIM listed natural resources company with assets in the USA and Mexico.

He has also served as a Funding & Acquisitions Director at a property developer and worked for various SMEs as Finance Director.

Outside of work, David enjoys walking, golf, cricket, and rugby.
