David has experience across a wide range of corporate insolvency procedures, but his main focus is on administrations and creditors’ voluntary liquidations.

He regularly liaises with directors, creditors and other key stakeholders, oversees statutory reporting requirements, and coordinates asset realisation and investigation workstreams to maximise returns for stakeholders. He works with businesses across multiple sectors, typically within the SME and mid-market space, and specialises in trading administrations, particularly within the retail and hospitality & leisure sectors.

Recent assignments include the administration of a TV media company, trading a retail business through an orderly wind-down period, and successfully pursuing recovery actions against a debtor in a consultancy business, securing funds for creditors.

About David

David started his career in the retail sector working for two large supermarket brands before joining a small boutique insolvency practice specialising in voluntary liquidations, based in Guildford.

David joined Quantuma in 2022 and since then has progressed from Administrator to Assistant Manager.

Outside of work, David is a keen hockey player, coach, and umpire, and is heavily involved with Yateley Hockey Club. When not on the hockey field, David enjoys long country walks with his partner.
