Daniel has extensive experience in insolvency matters, including both personal and corporate appointments.

His work has included high profile engagements, contentious and fraudulent matters, and insolvencies of household name celebrities. Daniel has worked on insolvency matters for creditors including high street banks, bespoke lenders and local authorities, as well as advising and acting for individuals facing financial difficulty. He has worked on numerous antecedent transaction recovery cases, and has successfully challenged transactions through the courts, resulting in hundreds of thousands of pounds of additional realisations to numerous estates.
