As part of its continued expansion, business advisory firm Quantuma has appointed restructuring specialist Alex Jarvis as a Southampton-based Managing Director in its Restructuring and Insolvency team. Alex is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner who specialises in restructuring and insolvency matters and has an extensive background in all aspects of restructuring and formal insolvency work. He will be based in Quantuma’s Southampton office supporting businesses across the South Coast and beyond.
Alex has significant experience in large, complex restructuring and formal insolvency matters, including situations with cross-border and contentious elements. He has worked on a number of high-profile engagements across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, aviation, energy and utilities, professional services and investment and commodity arbitrage. Alex joins Quantuma from a global professional services firm and also has extensive international experience having worked across a number of regions including UK, US, Europe, the Channel Islands and the Eastern Caribbean.
Alex’s arrival at Quantuma follows that of Managing Director Chris Lewis who joined the firm recently, along with Director Sarah Jarvie who joined Quantuma’s Restructuring & Insolvency team last year.
