HDH Investment Services Limited (HDH) was a financial intermediary, providing financial brokerage and advisory services. It has been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since 1 July 2016.
The FCA placed restrictions on HDH earlier this year. From 20 January 2026, HDH agreed to stop carrying out all regulated activities - this meant that the firm could no longer give investment advice.
Following a period of being under trading restrictions, HDH entered liquidation on 16 April 2026. The firm’s office in London closed immediately.
Dina Devalia and Tom Parish are officers of the court and are authorised to act as licensed insolvency practitioners. They will be writing to all customers of HDH to provide further information.
