Kelly Mitchell and Alyson Richards from Quantuma were appointed Joint Administrators over Fairoak Foods Ltd, a premium private-label food manufacturer based in Woking, Surrey, on 25 March 2026. The Company continues to trade under the control of the Administrators whilst a buyer is sought for the business and assets.
Established in 2011, Fairoak Foods is a manufacturer of high-quality chef led food ranging from vegan soups to pasta and stews, specialising in premium small batch cooking. The company services both premium retail and premium food customers, working in close partnership with leading retailers, brands, and food service operators. Its end-to-end capabilities include product development, sourcing, manufacturing and supply chain management. The Company takes a chef-driven approach to innovation, ensuring restaurant-quality food is delivered at scale and employs around 60 staff. No staff have been made redundant.
